AI Pilots operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vendor and Digital Marketing Agency. We provide automated local SEO, multi-location reputation management, review syndication, and AI-driven website generation for enterprise and local businesses.
Our platform deeply integrates with third-party APIs (including Google Business Profile API, Google Places API, and OpenAI). Your use of our platform requires compliance with the terms established by these third-party vendors. We reserve the right to suspend your access if you violate external API usage policies (e.g., spamming Google Reviews).
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to manage the business listings and domains connected to the AI Pilots Dashboard. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OAuth tokens.
AI Pilots provides its services "as is." We are not liable for any fluctuations in your search engine rankings, loss of business profile access due to Google policy violations, or temporary API outages beyond our direct control.
